Potato post

From The Magnum Cafe in Petersons Champagne House in the Hunter Valley wine country, an hour plus drive from Sydney.
Beer battered chips with sea salt.

Crunchy on the outside, soft in the inside.
The sea salt crystals formed a tasty crust on the outside.

Baaaaaad carbs. Baaaad.
